BMW E46 320Ci convertible with only 38,800 genuine miles from new

  

320 Ci Sport convertible, in great condition for age. Genuine 38,800 miles from new, fsh, electric hood in new condition with heated glass window, automatic with tiptronic, business stereo, air con, cruise control, alarm immobiliser, black leather interior in excellent condition, parking sensors, cream piped car mats, space saver, full tool kit and wheel lock key present.

All paperwork and mots, bills etc and original service book and manuals, MOT until 28/10/2021. I have many more photos and some videos to share. I have 3 minor issues with it. The passenger window doesnt operate, but the switch is fine and motor is working. Ive looked to see if its the window regulator, but apparently not, as the window is up and hasnt fallen down.

A tricky one to solve, so Ill either take in to be done, or reduce the price to allow for it. Next the ROPS warning light stays on, this has been diagnosed by my local garage and its a hardware fault. As above, either get it done or allow for the cost. Finally, theres an intermittent fault with the electric boot release.

It opens ever time with the button on the key, but the handle release sometimes doesnt work. I think there is a short in the wiring loom to the release. As above Ill either get it done or allow for it. I need the car gone urgently though, as Im getting major grief from my partner who cant park, as I have 3 cars here and another elsewhere.
